Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- We only accept a return of damaged items or items distinctly different from the description.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Discounted items are final sale.
- We cannot provide refunds for gift cards, accessories, lingerie, and swimwear.
- If you ordered the wrong size, color, or style, we will not be able to make the return. Please look at the size chart specified on the website while placing an order. Size charts vary based on the product.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Please specify what is being returned, state the reasons why you want to return the items, and include images for support that show the item’s condition. It's important to note that shipping costs are not covered by SunsetFashionLA when sent back, and in most cases, we are unable to provide shipping labels. The credit card fees also cannot be refunded.
Please, do not return the items to the address on a parcel, it is not the address for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return from Support will not be accepted and we won’t issue a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that we cannot refund shipping and credit card processing fees.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
