November 2022 Update:

Delays in Orders Delivery placed after November 20th, 2022
We experienced a significant increase in online orders due to the Black Friday Sale and Holidays and we have been working at the highest capacity possible to ensure we are safely processing and delivering orders. Please read below why your order is delayed at this time.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses: US, Canada, China, and Singapore, depending on the stock availability, with the warehouse in China handling the biggest order volumes. Due to the new surge in cases in late November 2022 of the new COVID-19 variant and the "Zero COVID" restrictions placed by the government, we experience significant order delays for orders placed after November 20th. Between forced limitations on hours worked by warehouse employees and fewer flights out of Mainland China, your order may arrive later than the estimated shipping times specified under our shipping policy.
◆ Although we continue to closely monitor the situation and do our best to deliver your order to you ASAP, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. With protests going on around the country over the "Zero COVID" lockdowns, we are hoping to return back to business as usual in the next few weeks and ship out your orders, however we cannot guarantee a specific date.
◆ If you selected free shipping, please allow sufficient time with the free shipping option if you need your order for events on a specific date.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. However if you wish, you still have the right to cancel your order before we ship it out. 

◆ Free Shipping and Regular Shipping do not guarantee the delivery time and it is subject to delay due to customs clearance, especially during holidays.

COVID 19 Response

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day to day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers and communities. At SunsetFashionLA, taking care of you and our employees is important to us. Here are some things we are doing to keep everyone safe.

  • All employees have been trained on proper hand-washing protocol. 
  • All employees wear gloves when packing your items and items remain individually packed in their own plastic packaging.
  • The warehouse is cleaned hourly to ensure safe working environment.
  • Spaces have been arranged so that employees can keep a 6-12 foot physical social distance at all times.

We will continue to be available to our customers through the Customer Service team to answer any questions or requests.
